We are talking this evening of very important discussion in inshallah coming up and this is about the issue of dressing, modicine, that dressing in Islamic guidelines on dressing and this might seem as a very simple issue of very, you know, a done deal something that everybody should logically know these are things that are taught to invite within us from an early age but as we learn from

the prophets of Allah, we learn from the Quran but that here for in the Quran we mean that reminders are beneficial for the believers and that's exactly precisely why we're talking about the topic this evening and sometimes we might be urring, sometimes we might be on the erroneous side but we may not be aware of what we're doing to ourselves or what we're doing to others or those who are under our direct command I guess if we're talking about children we're talking about other members of our family and this is

the discussion actually came up or what motivated me prompted me to have this discussion just with a member of the community the other day outside of the mosque and basically quiz me on some of the topics that we're discussing on er and he says why don't you talk about dressing, why don't you talk about the immodesty that you see around us and he's somebody who's a business buddy travels quite a bit and he says from a house to a house he goes sometimes this was the observation he made.

He's quite shocked that sometimes mothers as he described them press worse again in his words worse than their daughters and he found this quite shocking and he says we need to bring these discussions up from time to time to remind us and that's exactly what we're doing this evening in the company of Mufti smile Mank who's joining us this evening from Harare Zimbabwe, let's welcome him to the show Salamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh Mufti Sayyidi.

JazakAllah, here and for joining us this evening and minshallah reminding us all ourselves included on a very important topic where do we start exactly when we talk about islamic dressing when we talk about mothers dressing you know we could say there's a certain type of garbage perhaps established from the sun and so on but before we go go to that extent what is the

general guidelines both for male and female what's the principles that we should be adhering to when we when we dress Mufti Sayyidi.
