everybody that wasn't in the courtroom

had the opportunity to kind of see what was going on. What was your take after watching what

happened on Friday and kind of your feel heading into the weekend? Of course, the judge has yet to

rule. Yeah, I think taking away from the hearing, the judge is going to make sure he does what he believes he's supposed

to. And everybody recognizes why Tennessee filed in Knox County. At this point, I think everybody

recognizes that the judge has pretty strong connection to the University of Tennessee, but he wanted
