We'll start with the Giants as their season now is over.

As we know, Joe Shane remaining is GM. Okay, here's Mike Kafka. Still feels in play for the permanent head coaching job. Yeah, I do plan on interviewing in terms of all the details of that. I'll just, out of respect for the process, I'll keep it in house. And this team obviously was led by their rookies this year. as we know, we heard from Malik neighbors.

Last hour, this hour, Abdul Carter,

trying to describe what his rookie season was like. It's going to be ups and downs in every season I have. And I feel like this year, I like a lot of people like to focus on the downs, but there was a lot of ups. So I'm just focus on that. And also, at the same time, be able to correct myself when I had those downs to be able to keep getting better. All right, that's great. You recognized he had downs. The reason we focus on those downs is because they're coupled with lack of performance. And sleeping meetings. Right. Well, that's one of the downs. Or if you're missing meetings. And it basically took Mike

Kafka to embarrass him twice to get him right. So you got to give Mike Kafka some credit for that because

Brian Daibold tried to do what most coaches try to do, just try to keep things in house, find guys,

and hopefully they legitimately wake up and realize that, you know, they're letting the team

down. But Kafka decided to go the other way and publicly embarrass him. Made him sit two weeks

in a row, right? Or take a three weeks, something like that. Exactly. Remember up at the Patriots,

I think he sat for the entire quarter, I think, right? And so great the last four weeks. And he did.

And, you know, so say whatever you want

about Mike Kafka and everything else. His handling of, of this particular player actually worked.

And so now these players, they break for a little while. Cam Scadaboo did talk. He was at the facility

and good for him. He inadvertently did a PSA for NHTSA.

Make sure that everything that we do in this building and out of this building is for this building.

We have to understand that if we go out and drink, we can't be driving.

That's something that people get in trouble over in the off season,

and that's something that we need to take serious.

I mean, he's right, obviously.

It just seems like an odd thing to say in locker room clean-out day.
