Summary

Meet Dr. Zach Bush. You're probably not going to understand all of the things said on the show today as I didn't. But that doesn't matter in the context that Dr. Bush puts this information forward. To help you understand more about the body, the environment and how it all interacts with each other is the fundamental thing you're going to get from it. It's not you don't have to know all the words and all the science behind it. But it's really cool to hear the explanation and then how it applies to you and the things that you need to do to build a better body. I feel like this is one of those episodes that I need to listen to a few times… to let the information integrate and really remember. But a huge takeaway is just that gut health is really important. He has a deep history of medical knowledge. And he wants you to know that the medical world wants to make you think that it's complicated and there's lots of diseases and lots of lots of magic potions to try and make you better. But it's a lot more simple than that. So please enjoy today's episode.
