Hey folks, this is Abel James and thanks so much for joining us on Fat Burning Man, where

we talk about real food and real results.

I'm coming at you today from a hotel room in Toronto, Canada, with a serious case at Jetlag.

As you may have heard on the shows before this, Allison and I sold our house, our car, and

pretty much all of our material possessions.

I'm living out of a roller backpack type thing right now.

I even put a guitar in it.

I put all my recording equipment and we've just been bouncing around the world hanging

out with indigenous tribes in Fiji and some local villagers in Bali as well.

We drank some cat poop coffee, which is totally delicious if you haven't tried it yet.

One of the reasons that I'm doing it is because I want to get even more information about

how the rest of the world eats and lives well to put in my new book The Wild Diet, which

I'm finishing up.

I have about a month left to do that and we're going to be launching in spring of 2015.

So look forward to that.

I've also been meeting up with quite a few cool people here in Toronto.

One of them is Peter Diamanis, who's the author of Abundance and writes about the future.

He's basically working on bringing people to space, working with Richard Branson to commercialize

that to make sure we can all get out there if we want to.

Totally cool stuff is going on.

I was talking to him about the future of virtual reality.
