Guess that I'm super excited for you guys to listen to this is someone that I've been trying to get on the podcast for quite some time and it's someone that's actually he's been a friend of mine I've actually made videos with him so we have Spencer Nodalski or Dr Nodalski here on the podcast today

he is actually an obesity and lipid specialist physician so

someone that knows a lot about the obesity epidemic we talk a lot about

obesity in America and just kind of around the world,

the repercussions of that,

just a lot of stuff that I am very, very interested in,

and I think you guys will see that in the episode.
