100 and I couldn't be happier. So thanks for being on this ride. It's been a long,

long road together and a fun journey, and it's only getting started. So there's going to be a

little bit of a transformation here pretty soon that I'm feeling like is necessary just to kind

to keep the spark going and try to just be actionable again. I feel like if I've zoomed out

a little bit too much, I'm going to zoom back in

on some of these issues that you're dealing with. So whether it's fat loss again or trying to figure

out why certain foods aren't working for you or how to build muscle, we're going to get into all that.
