We're up to, I don't know what it is now, 93, 94, coming up on 100 episodes of this show.

So if you're wanting to hear diet stuff, I have plenty of it. And I'm going to be having more soon.

I haven't talked about it because I wanted to make sure that it was going to happen before I

jinxed it. But as you know, Nora Good Gautis, she's one of my good friends and mentors, and she's

been a huge proponent of me improving myself. And, you know, she is an NTP nutritional therapy

practitioner, and then she does neurofeedback.

And I've been talking to her about it.

And I've gone through with the NTP program.

So I'm starting as we speak right now.

So there's a ton of coursework, but by this time next year, I'll be able to call myself an NTP and have those letters next to my name,

just like Nora and Liz Wolfe of Balanced Bites.

So that'll be pretty cool.

I'm super excited.

It's going to be a lot of refresher information, I'm sure, but tons of new information anyway.

So I'm going to be changing up the style of the show a little bit

and kind of making a little bit more educational,

less conversational here in the next few weeks and next couple months.
