Okay, so the first question I have for you is, do you remember your first real run-in with fear?

Well, I think it was as a little kid.

You know, I remember a terrible dream I had.

I didn't know what REM sleep was like.

And I had this dream that these two big football players were chasing me around my house.

And I couldn't run because I was, you know, I was in REM sleep.

So I was in your bit essentially skeletal muscle paralysis.

And I remember waking up as a kid and just thinking, oh my God, that was what was that?

You know, and I not until many years later, do you, you know, learn that, you know, when you're in REM sleep, you can't move other than your eyes.

So that was really, I think, my first experience. And then as I became a little bit older,

I started the sport of wrestling. And it was something my brothers did and I got into. And
