Hello, everybody and welcome to Not Just Paleo. I'm your host, Evan Brand. Thanks for joining me. Today is a fun day for me because I get to talk with one of my favorite authors and mentors. He's more of a passive mentor. I haven't met him in person yet. I will eventually, I'm sure. It's Dr. Mark Hyman.

And that's kind of what inspired me to write rim rehab is because when I started
