So welcome to the show. My name's

Evan Brand. I'm the host of Not Just Paleo. If you're new to the show, then welcome. I have a lot

in store for you over 90 episodes now, which is amazing. Episode 100's coming up. I feel like

I'm supposed to do something cool for episode 100, but I don't know what I'm going to do yet.

So the question and answer episode that I've been talking about, I think it should be pretty fun.

I'm going to try to do a new style where maybe every other show or every three shows or once a month or something like that.

We do a question and answer.

I get emails almost every day that may replicate one another in some

fashion. So instead of me individually replying to all those in paragraph form, it'd probably

be more fun for me to talk about it either with a guest or just myself as a solo episode.

So if you have something you've been wanting to get off your mind or

some stressor that's popping up or you're struggling with depressive issues or mood issues,

sleep issues, I feel comfortable in all these aspects to address them. And if I don't,

then I'll pull somebody on the show to talk about it with me.
