Dr. Justin Feinstein is a clinical Neuro-psychologist & expert in the neuroscience of fear, with over 50 peer-reviewed publications in some of the top scientific journals who has been trailblazing a new path forward for the treatment of anxiety, stress, PTDS, & other suboptimal states of being through Floatation therapy. He is now the President and Director of the Float Research Collective, a nonprofit organization that is playing a pivotal role in establishing Floatation-REST as an accepted medical treatment.

Mandy Rowe is the President of Franchise Development for True REST, the leading float therapy brand in the world, who discovered float therapy right here in San Diego where the Navy SEALS were using Float Pods as a holistic approach to PTSD and muscle recovery. Alright people, I'm gonna make this quick, but for the next six weeks or so, starting

0:07.5

February 1st, I'm putting all my show outlines up for auction.

0:12.6

I've mentioned before that I have a very strict routine for preparing for and recording

0:17.0

THC episodes and part of that process.

0:20.4

95% of the time going back many years has been waking up early on the days I record

0:26.1

and compiling my notes into a roughly 4-6 page outline that I print out and conduct

0:32.0

the interviews from as a template.

0:34.4

I write in the margins, I cross stuff out as we go along, I jot things down, I don't

0:39.1

want to forget, and I usually have a good deal of material in these outlines that never

0:43.9

even makes it to air.

0:45.2

When a show is done, I put a little staple up in the corner and throw them in a filing

0:49.8

cabinet.

0:50.8

Well, it's no secret I'm trying to move in what better time to try to collect a little

0:55.0

extra cash and offload a box of stuff I've been storing, but I don't need.

1:00.3

So I'm signing, listing, and auctioning off all the outlines I have to any listeners who

1:05.3

might be interested in that kind of thing.

1:08.3

Each one is totally unique with its own markings, coffee stains, beer spills, printing and

1:13.6

perfections, typos, and maybe even doodles in some cases that were never really supposed

1:18.5

to be seen by anyone else, but I guess that's no big deal.

1:22.6

I know I've personally bought signed scripts before and some of my most prized possessions

1:27.8

are banned set lists I nabbed at the end of concerts.

1:31.4

So maybe this is something like that for podcasts?
