Dr Judson Brewer, the American author, psychiatrist, and behavioural neuroscientist.

He is the director of research and innovation at Brown University's Mindfulness Center, and a research affiliate in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT.

Right now the world is gripped by the Covid-19 pandemic and global lockdown, with over 1 billion people confined to their homes, in order to stop spreading the deadly coronavirus. Economic recession is all but certain and personal anxiety and panic is running very high.
