2:18.0 | But when did you have the first idea for the book because I feel like it's come out at the best time if the people? |
2:26.0 | Absolutely. Well, it was before anybody had heard of COVID. So September last year and the publisher got in touch with me and I was actually sitting exams at the time. |
2:34.0 | So I didn't have any capacity to think about writing a book, but I did start studying for exams procrastinated by thinking what would I like to write about. |
2:42.0 | I thought, well, I really want the whole point to my Instagram page is to make mental health concepts accessible, but also make them usable so that you can use them in your everyday life so that you can look after your mental health. |
