So today I'm talking to my friend, Dr. Danielle Bellardo.

We are going to be talking about mRNA and vaccines and the science behind it all.

So I think it's important that you know Danielle's background, her education, her credentials.

She's a cardiologist. She earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine.

She followed that with three years of internal medicine residency after which she became

board certified in internal medicine. And then she completed her three-year fellowship in cardiovascular disease.

She is dedicated to being a cardiologist that in addition to traditional medicine focuses on

lifestyle modification and evidence-based nutrition in order to prevent heart disease.

She is also the director of cardiology and co-director of research and education at IOPBM

in Newport Beach, California. On top of that, she's a member of the American College of Cardiology

Nutrition and Lifestyle Subcommittee. So she knows her stuff. That's going to swear, but you know,

she knows her stuff. So we're talking about COVID and vaccines, like I said, an mRNA and,

you know, unfortunately, this has become a highly politicized, highly divisive issue, especially
