Today's guest needs no introduction. Dr. Dan Siegel is the professor of psychiatry at UCLA, School of Medicine, he is an internationally acclaimed author and an award-winning

educator.

Dan also serves as the co-investigator at the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development at UCLA.

He is the co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center and the executive director of the Mindsight Institute.

This is a place where he is devoted to promoting insight, compassion, and empathy in individuals, families, institutions and communities alike.

Unlike me, Dan's books are mega successes.

He's been on the New York Times Best Sellers List five times with Aware, Mind a Journey to the Heart of Being Human,

discipline which he co-authored with Dr. Tina Payne. Last time I connected with then on a Zoom call

a few weeks ago, we spoke for a bit more than an hour

on the most fascinating spectrum of topics.
