that I'll be stepping down for the position of the director of the National Institute of Auergy and Infectious Diseases,

the NAAID and Chief of the NIAID Laboratory, as well as a position as Chief Medical Advisor to President Joe Biden.

I will be leaving these positions in December of this year to pursue the next chapter of my career.

Fauci served as the NIAID for 37 years, 38 years, excuse me, starting in former President Ronald Reagan's administration,
