You guys, if we sound a little bit different, it's because we're not sitting in my apartment right now.

We are actually in Dearborn, Michigan.

And let me tell you, Dunya and I are having so much

fun and enjoying ourselves way too much. We thought that it was very appropriate to finally

collaborate with one of our fave podcasters out there, which is Dearborn Girl. If you guys

don't know, Dearborn Girl is a multimedia platform for and by Arab and or Muslim women from

Dearborn, Michigan.

It's housed under for Dearborn, which is 4D.

And they founded this movement to take back the global narrative on Arabs and Muslims while also giving our community permission to be proud.

And it kind of aligns to what we're doing as well.

But through this space, you're going to see their Dearborn girls are going to tell their stories

in their proudly DG discussing taboo topics and soon missing pages, episodes that future

anonymous submissions from women in their community. And you guys can find them on Dearborn

Girl, which is online on Instagram. Their episodes are incredible. They also do this thing where

they go out into the community and talk to

Dearbornites. And it's nice to hear their perspective of things. I know we focus on women from all over,

but to focus on a community specifically and figure out their wants and their needs and their struggles to hear that.

Even if you're not from Dearborn, you can relate to that on a

whole new level. I've always dreamt of being on a roundtable, sitting on a round table with empowering

women. And we were sitting with Malak, Yasmin, and Rima. These three amazing women have supported us

since day one. And this is exactly the type of community we want to be from, a community where we do
