Eric Swalwell's got some explaining to do.

You know, he wants to yank driver's licenses from ice agents at the same time

their, his state is handing over CDLs to illegal aliens from India named Singe to kill Americans and

Canadians by the score. Now it turns out that there's a state law in California that says you've got to be a resident

of the state for five years to be eligible to run for statewide office like governor.

However, he doesn't own any property in California, which, you know, you don't have to own property to be a resident.

But he does own a $1.6 million mansion in D.C.

And he claims on his mortgage application that it's his primary residence.

So seems that he's either guilty of residency fraud or he's not eligible to run for governor.

But on the other hand, Democrats seem to think that they're immune from the laws against

a mortgage fraud and bank fraud.

Just ask Letitia James or Lisa Cooks from the Federal

Reserve Board or Adam Schiff.

All these people have committed what appears to be mortgage fraud and they're just walking
