I'm Bill Whelan. I'm a Hoover Distinguished Policy Fellow. I'll be your moderator today,

and I am pleased to report that we have all three of our good fellows in the House today.

Lieutenant General H.R. McMaster, they are Hoover Institution Senior Fellows All. Gentlemen, we don't have a guest today. We don't have a central theme. We're doing

viewer mail questions. So I'd first like to start by thanking everybody watching this show
