Summary

We've got a bonus midweek episode today with a brand new guest, as we welcome the woman who captured the feeling of the pandemic better than anyone and has gone on to become the UK's best-selling poet of the last two years.

After losing her family business, Donna Ashworth turned to what had always been a hobby and began sharing her poetry online. It captured the feelings of worry and isolation so many were feeling with the likes of Pink, James Corden and Khloé Kardashian sharing her words. She joins Kate to talk about how her online followers encouraged her to self-publish her work and how she went on to become a Sunday Times bestseller. They also talk about feelings of loss, challenges surrounding mental health and where we can all look for little moments of inspiration.
