typically, and deposit the cash into her bank account. We know that there was approximately

$262,000 in fraudulent checks issued over this period from 2001 to 2025.

The document shows in April a $7,000 check was written for petty cash after a resident gave

Williams the money to deposit in her facility account. Another check was written for $12,000.
