Ephesians 4 is a good book.

I'm really was wrestling this morning with what message to share with you. I feel like the messaging of the upper room,

we don't do a mini series. We don't do mini series, or mini series, but we don't do series.

A lot of the times, and I asked Peter Lewis last week

if he would launch us into just a greater understanding of the gospel. Peter to me is, Peter's a

mechanic, a spiritual mechanic. Like, Peter has the ability to take the good news of the gospel, which we've

believed in and given our hearts to, and he just has this ability to fine-tune our hearts,

to understand what Calvary purchased for us. That the gospel isn't just something we hear one time, but the gospel

is something that we walk out for all of eternity. We will grow in the depths of our understanding

of the good news. It will get better and better and better and better and better. And Peter has

given his life to dissecting the goodness of the good news. He has a book called

Back to the Gospel. It is so foundational to our house. It was birth in the prayer room. It is

foundational to our school. It has been foundational to our volunteers. It is foundational to

our small groups. And so I was actually going to really go after the presence of God. I do

want to focus on the presence of God here in a bit. But I believe that the order of the gospel and

these fundamentals that we're discussing today are what the presence of God rests upon. God is attracted to his order.
