But we begin tonight with the third time being the charm for Walt Nauda, Donald Trump's valet and co-defendant in the special counsel's classified documents case.

Today, Nauda finally faced his arrangement after, at long last, finding a Florida-based criminal attorney.

He spoke just three words in court saying, yes, your honor.

As he pleaded not guilty to the six charges laid out in last month's indictment, including conspiracy to instruct justice,

withholding a document or record and making false statements.

Mind you, that was three more words than Trump uttered during his arrangement last month.

Nauda is the only other person charged in the case.

He's accused of helping Trump hide top national security files that Trump took after leaving the White House from both investigators and even from Trump's old lawyers.

From the indictment, it would appear that all of it was done at the direction of the twice impede, twice indicted former president.

Now, as a parents in court comes a day after a federal judge unsealed more of the affidavit that the FBI used last summer to obtain a warrant to search Mar-a-Lago for classified documents.
