So Donald Trump had what was due in a New York courtroom this morning. He showed up.

He took a break, came outside, briefed the media. His statement when he briefed the media

was going to be this first segment of the show. And we were going to hit play right now

and play you that clip and then I was going to go back to my notes to begin preparing for the

second segment. However, less than an hour ago an interesting thing happened.

President Trump left the courtroom in New York at the end of the proceedings.

A day when he was beating up on the judge pretty bad. The judge's name is Arthur Engoron.

And first of all, let's talk about what this particular case is about.

Because most people that find out President Trump's in a courtroom, they don't know what it's for.

This is the most ridiculous attempt to drag Donald Trump to court. Perhaps of all of them

and that's saying some. First of all, this is a civil case. It's not criminal.

There are no chances going to prison or anything like that. This is a civil case related. Are you

ready to this? For this? To how he valued the assets that he used on financial statements

to take out loans. For instance, let's say you bought a second home.

The bank says we need a personal financial statement. So here's all these boxes.

What's your bank account? Well, you put your bank accounts pretty easy to look that up.

What's your car worth? Well, you paid $63,000 for it new year and a half ago.

Is it worth 50? 58? 40? If you claim it's worth 55 and they argue that it's only worth 48,

that's the violation. Now, you might say, well, you got to have some integrity in that process.
