I've given this talk a bunch of times or a derivative of this talk, but it's really different today because of something that happened to me about six months ago.

I should tell you before I begin that I am going to live a very long time. The doctors say

so, but I wasn't sure of that six months ago. You see my, my beautiful

wife, after losing a family member of her own, decided she wanted to get me checked out in case

there was anything wrong. And so she took me to the hospital and checked into the hospital

for a bunch of routine tests that guys in their 50s get. And they came back and said, your brain looks awesome. There's nothing wrong with your brain. And I was like, great. And they came back and said, your lungs look amazing. There's nothing wrong with your lungs. It's great. They said, Don, your arteries have the arteries of a 12-year-old. I thought, that's statistically impossible considering how many Oreos I have eaten,

but I'll go with that. And then on day three, the doctor came in. It was over a weekend, so they were sort of short-staffed, and the doctor didn't look very happy. And he put his hand

on my knee, and he said, I've got some news for you. It's your heart. It's stiff. It's not very flexible. And he gave it a name. I won't go

into it. But he sort of put his hand on my knee. And of course, I'm in a little bit of denial because I feel
