Hello everybody and welcome to birds with friends on a Friday afternoon live from the Nova Care Complex for at least two thirds of us. I guess precisely two thirds of us. Bow Wolf, Zach Burman, Marissa Dunn here to talk about the things that we've seen with the Nova Care Complex over the past couple days, a little bird on the street, bird it through the grapevine.

We'll have a little crew of that enemy talk about Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears just in fields coming off a buy eight and a half point underdogs against the Eagles on Sunday. We'll have

Swoopers or casting and our crystal ball to equal predictions. Zach, how do you think Marissa is?

I would imagine she's she's doing well. She usually is. She's an optimistic person. I don't want to speak on her behalf though.

Now some early criticism on my background. I'm not trying to use that background. I'm trying to give you a peek into what it looks like here at the like media setup at the Nova Care Complex.

I'm not doing a live shot on TV. This is me showing you taking you behind the scenes. You know what I'm saying?

I think we have differences of styles there, if you will. I specifically chose this setup here because I thought it would the background was more conducive for a visual platform.

You have the ideal background behind you. You just need the position that the computer would have to go all the way back. It didn't work.

You need it because I've done it in that room before a matter of fact. I've done the podcast in that room.

What you need to do is the high chair. You put the computer on the high chair. You sit on the low chair. You get real close. And so then that way it's a tight shot with only the background behind you.

No one needs that type of a shot of me.
