Not when you’ve already survived what was supposed to take you out. I know it’s heavy. I know you’re tired. I know you’re questioning if the fight is still worth it. But this episode is your reminder that hard times don’t last, even when they feel endless in the middle of them. In this conversation, I’m speaking to the person who’s worn down, discouraged, and silently thinking about giving up. We’re talking about why quitting in the storm robs you of the breakthrough on the other side, how to keep moving when motivation is gone, and how to trust that what you’re walking through is a season, not your forever. If you’re on the edge, hear me clearly, don’t quit now. The chapter is changing, and your future needs you to stay in the fight just a little longer.

to speak about self-worth because I'm a self-work coach of anything. And I teach the set point of happiness. And you guys know what this is. There's something called hedonic adaptation. You probably heard it from me. It's not mine, but it's something that I've studied a lot. In all hedonic adaptation, as you look it up in the Webster's dictionary, it'll give you a lot better definition than what I'm giving you. But all it is is that you're just going to get used to it, right? You're going to normalize. You're going to stabilize at whatever level of happiness that you're at. You can use peace, you can use joy. But whatever level of happiness that you're at, you're always going to find your way back there. Some people call it emotional homes. You're always going to come back home, no matter what beautiful destinations you go to, no matter how great things are, even how bad things are, you're always going to find your way back to your emotional home. And so if you're thinking right now, like, what's my emotional home? And so what I do is I draw this diagram. And this diagram, it's a simple diagram, nothing to brag about, very simplistic. But I have a one of five and a ten. And it's just a chart. And I ask people, where is your set point of happiness right now? In the chat, I want you to write it. If you listen to this, I want you to think about it. Right. where is your set point of happiness right now. In the chat, I want you to write it. If you listen to this,
