So every Tuesday we release an episode loaded with quick tips designed to get you in and get you out.

Alright, Mom, this one's all you.

I am recording this episode from my car and it's a quick tip Tuesday. This is an important episode though for you to listen to.

And the reason why I'm recording it from my car is because I want to be as productive as possible.

In fact, I don't know if you caught that last episode. It's a recent episode. I'm Build Your Tribe where I talked about how to be most productive from home.

This is one of the ways that I can be most productive as I can record an audio. What microphone am I using? I'm not using one.

I actually, I just have my iPhone microphone turned pretty close to my mouth. I'm in my car. You can hear my keys. You can hear my water bottle clanking around.

So what I'm able to do is just then save this. I'm using the Voice Memo app. It's just an app that comes on the iPhone. I'm sure your Android has the equivalent.

I recorded on my phone and then from my car, of course, why I'm parked. I can upload it to Dropbox and then I have a system in place that doesn't need me.

I've recorded this and everything else happens behind the scenes by my team. What I'm talking about today is the fact that you need to hire someone.

If you've already hired your first person or a couple of people and you get it, now it's just a matter of hiring more people.

I just want to give you permission to skip past this episode.

But if you've hired in the past and for some reason it didn't work out or if you just keep saying to yourself,

God, there's just not enough hours in the day. I'm so busy. I'm so overwhelmed. There's so much to do. I can't make my business profitable.

But as soon as I do, I'm going to hire someone. When I make enough money, that's what I'm going to hire someone. If that's you, you need to listen.

Because this episode is about making that mindset shift. This is the answer I give every single time someone interviews me about the biggest mistake I've made

or the number one suggestion I have for any entrepreneur. Like, what is it? And I'm like, oh, yeah, I know that answer.
