Summary

Our wounds can cause us to feel insecure and untrusting. In addition, our wounds can cause us to see opportunities as obstacles. Holding on to hurt can leave you stuck! Each season brings a new lesson and we should use those lessons as tools as we go into the next season. Give yourself some grace and take the time to heal.
