I apologize for the wind in the background but I'm recording today's show

outside behind our 1100 River Walk Terrace office in Tulsa, Oklahoma because my home studio flooded.

What?

Yes, my home studio flooded actually.

It got as high as almost four feet of water was in my studio.

Tulsa is experiencing devastating floods.

Oklahoma is experiencing devastating floods.

And here I am recording today's show from my phone here on Memorial Day at the Thrive Time

And if you look us up, 1100 River Walk Terrace, you can see there there the floodwaters are within about 10 feet of

our doors and we continue to record and on today's show what I want to talk

about is why I'm here on Memorial Day recording and why we haven't missed a day of work

despite the floods and why if you want to become super successful if you want to become a successful entrepreneur

why you can't keep the same schedule that you had

when you were a 9 to 5 employee

because you value life balance. You see just like when you work for

somebody else any time that you know when you work for someone else there might have

been snow on the road, right?

You know, people, employees, a lot of times will call in and say, I can't come to work because

it's snowing, right?

That's what a lot of employees do.

They say, I can't come to work today because it is snowing.
