under assault by unusual presentations of interpretations, especially of the First Amendment.

I turn out to the law, victory you list the common law by which we mean the police forces,

the laws of the land, the Department of Justice, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

I list them all because we grouped them as the law, all under assault for conduct or conduct

that they have not actually done for something they've not done.

I want to look for hope here. Recently, there's a new mayor in Los Angeles, Karen Bass, a distinguished

politician for many years, seeking to accommodate with the Los Angeles Police Department that's

in stress for many years and is in decline. I read the numbers they're having difficulty

recruiting. Do you believe that Karen Bass is showing the way out of this quandary of

challenging the police, defunding the police, deriding the police, who, after all, are charged

with a very difficult and dangerous job? Well, I have to ask why she's doing it now when the problem

has been going on for months of not years. And the answer is the same reason that London

Reed and San Francisco recently said that she wishes she could invite businesses back and

lower their taxes. And that is what can't go on won't go on. So there is a level of criminality

and hostility to commerce in downtown America that's not sustainable. And by the not sustainable,

I mean that the average person will not go into San Francisco and drive. He feels his car will be

broken in. He'll walk on excretement. A homeless person may attack him. He can see a crime. The police

will not come. It's called. And they would rather pass. So finding these mayors, many of them are

almost all of them are on the left feel that if they don't act, their very civilization is at peril,

even though their ideology contributed to the laxity that's caused this chaos and anarchy.
