Between supposed violations of the Espionage Act and allegations of obstruction of justice and making false statements, Donald Trump faces up to 100 years in prison.

100 years. Make no mistake, this is a bid to put Trump behind bars for the rest of his life.

But Trump for his part has decided to cooperate with this process, just like he cooperated with Alvin Bragg's sham indictment two months ago.

He's cooperated in both cases, even though both of them are completely illegitimate.

To refresh your memory, Alvin Bragg, a state prosecutor, is trying to prosecute Donald Trump for supposedly committing a federal felony that even the DOJ did not want to charge him with.

Literally no other person in American history has ever been prosecuted in that way before ever. And Bragg invented it just to go after Trump.

Now we have this new case, courtesy of special prosecutor Jack Smith.

Now to be clear, as President Donald Trump has the clear cut legal authority to declassify or publish whatever documents he wanted, no matter how secret they supposedly were.

And so by packing up documents and taking them with him tomorrow, Lago, Trump was implicitly doing just exactly that.

Then along comes Jack Smith.

Jack Smith who got shot down by the Supreme Court nine to zero when he tried to put Virginia governor Bob McDonald in prison, because all nine justices agreed Smith had completely distorted the definition of bribery in order to put someone in prison.

Jack Smith who tried to throw John Edwards in jail for hiding in a fair.

By the way, the same thing that Alvin Bragg is trying to do to Trump in New York.

Jack Smith who hired as his deputy one, Karen Gilbert, who by the way literally had to leave her job in disgrace more than a decade ago when she was caught illegally spying on defense lawyers in a drug case.

So now here we are, Jack Smith and that woman, Karen Gilbert, who have concocted a case that says President Trump is a criminal because he violated the Espionage Act by leaving some documents at Mar-a-Lago.

And then of course, thanks to this one weird trick, they say Trump's a criminal, even if all of the documents were to classify.

Very useful that Espionage Act. By the way, the law in question was passed by Woodrow Wilson to criminalize dissent against World War One.

It's also incredibly disgusting. These parasites crawl out and say Trump is risking national security because of some documents allegedly in his possession.
