officially reveal our final product of the podcast studio. This is so, so sweet to share with

you guys. We are getting into the word today, and we are talking about not only being a hearer

of God's word, but being a doer of God's word, and the importance of actually putting it to practice.

So I want to start off in one of my favorite verses. I probably say that all the time,

but I love second Timothy. And second Timothy, chapter two, I want to read this to you guys. It's

so good. So Paul is writing a letter to Timothy. It's a second letter that we have in scripture

to Timothy, and he says, you, then my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus,

and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses and trust to faithful men,

who will be able to teach others also. Then we get to verse three, and he says this,

share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits

since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him. His aim is to please the Lord who enlisted him,

and when I want to bring that up just to start off our time together, because whenever I read
