There's going to be one side of the fitness industry

that pushes you to make these dramatic changes

and take part in these extreme protocols. And then there's going to be the other side

that's like you know fuck New Year's resolutions they're stupid you know nobody

should do that because they don't work and nobody sustains them and it seems like we always have to be

polarizing we always have to be on one extreme or the other and so I want to talk

about how to do it correctly because on the one hand I do agree that you know it's when we look at the new year

and we look at new year's resolutions it's because as humans we love this idea

of a fresh start we love the idea of a fresh start. We love the idea of like wiping the slate clean and just starting over that really is exciting for us and so when we have

have these resolutions it's because we have these visions of grandeur we have these

visions of like I'm gonna be the fittest I've ever been I'm gonna be committed

this year I'm gonna do all the things you

know correct that I did wrong in the past and we we want to just like we want to do
