Hans von Spakovsky is here. He is the manager at the election law reform initiative and is a senior legal fellow at the Edwin Meese, the Third, Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.

This may seem like, well, are we in a democracy?

Well, if you don't have a feedback, okay, we would have to, if you, sorry, so it's the

to, to the government, and if you have rule of the bureaucrat, if the bureaucracy is in charge,
