The Trump administration is reportedly preparing to have the federal government take a 10% stake in Intel, making Uncle Sam into the company's largest shareholder, which might be one more signal of a growing comfort in the Republican Party with a kind of corporate statism.

What a tumultuous few weeks for Intel CEO Lip Bhutan. First President Trump calling for his

immediate resignation, arguing that he is conflicted due to ties with companies in China. Then a meeting

at the White House, apparently smoothing things over. Here is a piece of the president's truth social post

coming out of that.
