This idea of Rest Advantage was something that I had dismissed.

Warren Sharp brought it to our attention a couple years ago,

we had him on the show.

Last year, in fact, before the season to talk about it because I had to admit I was just

flat out wrong about this it seemed obvious to me after the 2022 season the London game all of the impacts that not taking that

London game brought to bear the the the compounding effects that it had on these athletes bodies.
