Nasser Al Khalifi told the athletic that he wants to make it more like the Super Bowl.

As parachute payments continue to help the top clubs and encourage the rest to bet the house on trying to catch out. Early this week, the PSG President Nasser Al-Kalefi, who is also the chair of the European Club Association,

and a UEFA Executive Committee member told the athletic

he doesn't understand why the Super Bowl has a bigger cultural impact than the Champions League,

suggesting that halftime shows opening ceremonies, among other ideas, should all be

on the table.

So does the Champions League really need a revamp?
