Oh, wait, no, that was geriatric meandering.

You know, he was probably in Congress back when when gerrymandering started. He served, I think, with President George Washington. So I think, you know, when you've been around as long as Joe Biden has been,

plus he's one of the most corrupt politicians we've ever had. So I wouldn't doubt that he's

been involved in helping rigging many of these states, many of these seats, many of these

places. I bet if there was a crooked way to go about it, there you'll find Joe Biden.
