Today is the day the Lord has made,

and these are the times through which God has decided we shall live.

Here's a big question. Does God care about the save act? Things like that. Is there any place in Scripture we could point to?

Where God's word could join us and help us abide with Him in relation to the Save Act, I contend that

there is. Let's start with something from a base. Why do we vote? We vote because it's our common

business as Americans to have common inputs into how our government works. What is government?

It has been created to take on tasks that would be inconvenient and impossible for us to do as individuals. Who are government

employees? They work for us. We vote into office people who help run our country on top

as it would be difficult for us to do on our own, that we prefer to have done towards the so-called

common good, so we vote people at the office. In the case of representative democracy, they're

there to carry out the will of their voters. Sometimes they're going to vote differently,

and it's their job to explain that. That's just what a grown-up does. So if God cares about

things like the Save Act, could we find that in his behaviors or his word?
