the Manchester Mayor? He's obviously had increasing popularity since he left Westminster,

sort of fighting for regional growth, influence, devolution. You went to see him speak this weekend,

of course, the Ministry of Sound, where else? And he wasn't doing one of his annual DJ battles with Steve Rotherham either.
