Podcast! Podcasts! It is the G.C. here and we are back together in each other's arms, not literally. We're more probably in each

other's ears than each other's arms, but here we are again for another week now I

don't know about you but it's almost like the longest

weirdest dream ever now things are slowly getting back to normal and kind of like

I've certainly been going about my daily business a bit more freer.

Now I'm sort of back to business basically I'm forgetting that lockdown even happened which is so weird because it's

just taken up the last three months of our lives, but I'm sort of in this weird place of limbo of did any of this

ever happen. It just feels so weird, but it is exciting because this week the pubs and restaurants have reopened.

And it's definitely a sign that we're moving onwards to a bit of full normality.

But as I keep saying, I sort of have to pinch myself and go with just been in lockdown.

I'm actually feeling anxious about going back to

full life at 100 miles an hour again. So I'm going to start off gently. Yes I'm

going to go to a restaurant. Yes, I'm going to pop in the pub. I need a large drink.

And this is totally okay and normal. Like the fact that I'm even telling you that I'm about to do something, which has been such a normal part of our everyday lives

is kind of weird as well and I'm just hoping that as things settle back in this this will all be a long, distant memory for all of us,

because if you think about it too long, it's actually really shocking shocking what's happened. You know it's just so bizarre but I think

the best approach is to prepare yourself as much as possible. So find a mask that feels comfortable.
