A queen's man is in custody today after police say he killed a defenseless 92-year-old woman

earlier this week.

The woman was attacked and left to die.

After senselessly beating a flight attendant senseless before throwing a port authority cop down the airplane stairs in a massive passenger tantrum,

momentarily. Going back to the story of the 92-year-old woman found dead initially. It was believed

she fell, and then the investigators determined that she was approached from behind, assaulted,

and knocked to the ground.

21-year-old Rayaz Khan of Richmond Hill, charged with two counts a second-degree murder and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

In what Queen's DA Melinda Katz described as a heinous attack, an assessment with which many would agree.

The extremely elderly woman, a nonagenarian, was walking near her home in the early morning

hours of January 6th when Khan allegedly threw her to the ground sexually assaulted her and

fled the scene.

Many questions here, and I'm certain most of them will go unanswered, unless this goes to trial.
