And why do you always tell me that you're drinking coffee before we start our show?

Because we're so close together on this microphone. I want you to understand that I'm drinking coffee and I'm sorry

that I'm drinking coffee. Well, here's a deal. Everybody says, oh, how great coffee smells. So why are you

apologize when you say, hey, good news. I'm drinking coffee. Okay, I'll try that next time. Hey, good news.

Yeah, what's that? I'm drinking coffee. Oh, so good. So we are on location this week. Yeah, on a little weekend away. You know, I got drinking coffee. Oh, so good. I know. We are on location this week.

You know, I got to be honest with our audience out there.

I used to try to pretend that we're in some big radio studio and try to give this podcast slash radio show something that it actually wasn't.

It's basically you and I in front of a computer and a microphone talking about parenting

stuff.

It is.

And in the beginning, I was, I don't know, my ego got in the way and I said, let's pretend

that we're in some big time radio station.

And actually, we're part of PAGA team and they do have a radio studio there.

And that's part of the reason is because if we were in Portland, when they are, we would be in a big time radio station.

But we're in Chicago.

But because we're in Chicago and we don't own a radio station or a radio studio, we have to use our laptop and a microphone.

Let's buy one.

Yeah, it's next on the list.

You know, we should say what this show is about so people don't go away.
