Hey everybody I would lead down that path without being too obvious to say who makes you feel bad

and you can't believe the answers I got from bosses to spouses to a partner in business to a coworker to a partner in business, to a coworker, to a friend, sometimes even parents.

We have someone in our lives, in most all cases, that makes us feel less who we are.

And I don't know why that is, but it needs to stop today.

You are giving them the power to strip your best view away.

You know, I look back in my life.

I had those people.

I could feel confident full of joy energetic positive

want more optimistic as hell and I can have someone I can think back through the years

that if I spoke with them for five or ten minutes, they would just suck the energy out of me.

My good buddy Joe Polish talks about two types of people, battery drainers and battery chargers.

Those people that are battery drainers, you see, they call you and you looked on your phone you like oh

Hello and then there's battery chargers where you talk to them or you go to lunch with them and you feel uplifted

But who are you giving power to in your life that is robbing you from being your best self?

Eleanor Roosevelt had a great quote.

No one can make you feel inferior without your permission.

When I take a week of my life and ask everyone inferior without your permission.

When I take a week of my life and ask everyone I can,

about who makes them feel bad and almost every one of them has somebody,

that means you most likely do.

And I want you to acknowledge that today and realize you are giving them that power

They can't make you feel anyway. It's one of the gifts I try to give my children
