Where would Major League Baseball be today if Babe Ruth hadn't been adopted.

The babe, George Herman Ruth, the babe!

I mean, we'd still have baseball, but it wouldn't be the same.

He's still in the upper... But it wouldn't be the same.

He's still in the upper echelon of all-time hitters.

He's still the high watermark of public love for our ball players.

How many big league players played the game because Babe Ruth was adopted

and learned how to play and made it the national sport.
