Feeling yucky, especially when it comes to tummy troubles, is something we've all experienced at some point. You could think of your stomach as a little kingdom inside you, usually happy and peaceful.

But sometimes things get a bit mixed up, and that kingdom turns stormy, leaving you feeling not so great.

Tummy troubles can come from many things, maybe eating too much of something, not enough of something else, or feeling worried or upset.
