Good morning, everyone, and happy Tuesday. Welcome back to the Messy Masterpiece Podcast,

which had in Tory. We are super excited to be devoting ourselves to the Lord daily with

you all. And without further ado, I'm trusting my faithful companion to start this devotional

off.

I see what you did there, babe. The devotional is titled faithful companion today, y'all,

and we are reading out of Joshua 19. It says, this is my command. Be strong and courageous. Do not

be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord, your God is with you wherever you go. The love letter

from God says, beloved child, I am with you wherever you go. I want you to be strong and

courageous and have great faith in me. I am your faithful father who loves and adores you,

and I will never let you go. My greatest desire is that you would invite me to walk with you

constantly. Many times you do not see me because you have not invited me into the center of your

circumstances. Amen. I am never meant, I never meant for you to walk alone. You will need my

protection and direction wherever you go. Seek me and you will see me in new ways every day.

Love your Heavenly Father. The reflection says, your life will operate more smoothly in the

areas where you have personally invited God. Let me say that one more time. Your life will

operate more smoothly in the areas where you have personally invited God. You can choose to walk

on your own or to let God walk with you. You can be strong and courageous knowing that he is

always there for you. The treasure of truth. Awareness of God's presence gives us the power

to be strong and courageous. Amen. I think the thing I was really pulling from what you were just

saying is that even in hard circumstances we can bring God's joy and light and peace and patience

and all that stuff to the situation. What I didn't, I guess what I want to make sure of is that

this is not like, oh, our life is going to go smoothly now that we're a Christian. That means
