Hi, thank you for taking my call first of all.

Sure.

I've got a quick situation. I'm getting ready to retire in the next couple of years.

I'm debt-free.

And my question is I don't get a lot.

I won't have a lot of income coming in.

Once I retire, I am self-employed, like I said, not going to get much in Social Security.

So therefore, I've got a couple investment properties who actually generate income right

now.

So I was thinking my personal home, the homestead property, if it's wise to do a reverse

mortgage on that, take the money from that and buy another property cash, obviously, that as income rent it out and use the money

as income where did you hear about this idea of the reverse mortgage oh i'm in i'm in real estate

oh okay so you know the ins and outs of these deals yes oh boy Oh, boy. And it still sounds like a good idea to you.
